Objectives of Study：

Clinical Evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of Shi's Traumatology Acupuncture for Forearm Extensor Muscles in Lateral Epicondylitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①　符合诊断标准（肱骨外上髁伸腕肌肌腱起源处的压痛、Thomsen试验阳性、Mills征阳性、排除病因不在伸肌起点的疾病）； ②　年龄在18-65岁之间； ③　自愿参与临床试验并签署知情同意书； ④　配合治疗，依从性好，意识清晰，能正确评估疼痛情况； ⑤　3月内未进行与本病相关的治疗； ⑥　己暂停服用与本病相关药物。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting diagnostic standards for lateral epicondylitis: Tenderness at the origin of wrist extensor tendons on the lateral epicondyle; Positive Thomsen test; Positive Mills test; Exclusion of pathologies unrelated to the extensor tendon origin ② Aged 18-65 years (inclusive) ③ Voluntary participation with signed informed consent ④ Good treatment compliance: Clear consciousness; Ability to accurately assess pain levels ⑤ No relevant treatments received within 3 months prior to enrollment ⑥ Discontinuation of all medications related to the condition

排除标准：

①　继发于其它原因的肘部疼痛患者，如外伤、骨折、滑囊炎、风湿或类风湿性关节炎等； ②　糖尿病、肘部及前臂皮肤病变或者凝血功能障碍的患者； ③　妊娠期女性 ④　严重全身疾患、多脏器病变、精神状态不稳定的患者； ⑤　前臂或肘部具有植入金属固定物的患者； ⑥　正在参加或6个月内参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with elbow pain secondary to other pathologies (e.g. trauma fracture bursitis rheumatoid or osteoarthritis); ② Patients with diabetes mellitus dermatological disorders of the elbow/forearm or coagulation dysfunction; ③ Pregnant women; ④ Patients with severe systemic diseases multiple organ dysfunction or unstable psychiatric conditions; ⑤ Patients with metallic implants in the forearm or elbow region; ⑥ Current or recent (within 6 months) participation in other clinical trials.

采用区块随机分配法，通过独立研究者生成的隐藏序列分配，受试者对分组设盲。随机化序列由R 4.2.0（blockrand包）生成，采用区块随机分配法。初始设定样本量为130例，1:1分配比例并确保研究人员对区块大小分布保持盲态。生成的随机序列保存在密封不透明信封中，由项目负责人保管，研究人员仅在受试者入组后拆阅对应信封，确保分配隐蔽性。生成脚本和原始序列文件存档备查。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Subjects were randomly allocated using block randomization with assignment based on a concealed sequence generated by an independent researcher. The randomization sequence was generated using R 4.2.0 (blockrand package) with a block randomization method. The initial sample size was set at 130 cases with a 1:1 allocation ratio and researchers remained blinded to the block size distribution.The generated random sequence was stored in sealed opaque envelopes and kept by the project leader. Researchers only opened the corresponding envelope after a subject was enrolled ensuring allocation concealment. The generation script and original sequence files were archived for future reference.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究人员采用病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)的形式，对受试者进行实时的临床资料采集，为保证临 床资料的客观性，本研究中所有受试者均由同一个研究者进行随访观察。在填写 CRF 表时需边采集、边复查。最终进行数据录入时，采用双人录入、交叉审核的方法，并由数据管理人员定期、随机抽查数据以确保数据的准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researchers used Case Record Forms (CRFs) to collect clinical data from subjects in real time. To ensure the objectivity of the clinical data all subjects in this study were followed up and observed by the same researcher. During CRF completion data were collected and cross-verified simultaneously. For final data entry a double-entry and cross-checking method was adopted and data managers conducted regular random audits to ensure data accuracy.
