研究目的：

1.中西医结合疗法治疗儿童急性咽炎的临床疗效和安全性，在西医常规治疗的基础上联合中成药儿童清咽解热口服液能够改善急性咽炎主要症状咽痛，缩短病程。 2.观察儿童清咽解热口服液联合西医标准治疗临床应用的安全性，观察不良事件/反应发生率。

Objectives of Study：

1. The clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children based on the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with the proprietary Chinese medicine ErTong QingYan JieRe KouFuYe can improve the main symptom of acute pharyngitis: sore throat and shorten the course of the disease. 2. Observe the safety of the clinical application of ErTong QingYan JieRe KouFuYe combined with the standard treatment of western medicine and observe the incidence of adverse events/reactions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 患儿法定监护人知情同意并签署知情同意书； 2) 符合儿童急性咽炎西医诊断标准； 3) 符合中医肺胃实热证辩证标准； 4) 年龄1～14岁，性别不限； 5) 病程≤48小时； 6) WBS咽痛评分≥4分； 7) McIsaac 评分≤2的患儿（病毒感染）或McIsaac 评分≥3（细菌感染）；

Inclusion criteria

1) the child's legal guardian gave informed consent and signed an informed consent form; 2) meeting the Western medical diagnostic criteria for acute pharyngitis in children; 3) Comply with the TCM diagnostic criteria of syndrome/pattern of heat invading lung and stomach; 4) Age 1 to 14 years old gender is not limited; 5) Duration of illness ≤ 48 hours; 6) WBS sore throat score ≥4; 7) Children with McIsaac score ≤2 (viral infection) or McIsaac score ≥3 (bacterial infection);

排除标准：

1) 局部并发症为咽后脓肿、咽旁脓肿及扁桃体周围脓肿，急性中耳炎、急性鼻-鼻窦炎，急性喉气管炎、急性支气管炎甚至肺炎等。风湿热、急性肾小球肾炎、急性关节炎、风湿热者，心脏并发症等； 2) 猩红热、蚕豆病患儿； 3) 合并麻疹、传染性单核细胞增多症患儿； 4) 合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，糖尿病和精神病患儿； 5) 对试验用药过敏或过敏体质患儿（对2种及以上食物或药物过敏）； 6) 下列实验室指标异常患儿：①肾功能异常（血肌酐SCr大于正常值上限）；②谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）超过正常值上限50%（1.5倍）以上；③有临床意义的心律失常； 7) 恶性肿瘤患儿； 8) 近1个月内参加其它临床观察的患儿； 9) 研究者认为不适合参加临床观察的患儿。 凡符合上述任何一条者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Local complications such as retropharyngeal abscess parapharyngeal abscess and peritonsillar abscess acute otitis media acute rhinosinusitis acute laryngotracheitis acute bronchitis and even pneumonia. Rheumatic fever acute glomerulonephritis acute arthritis rheumatic fever cardiac complications etc; 2) Children with scarlet fever and serous disease; 3) children with combined measles infectious mononucleosis; 4) children with severe primary diseases of the heart liver kidney and hematopoietic system diabetes mellitus and mental illness; 5) Children who are allergic or hypersensitive to test drugs (allergic to 2 or more foods or drugs); 6) children with the following abnormal laboratory indicators: ① abnormal renal function (blood creatinine SCr is greater than the upper limit of normal values); ② glutamic oxal transaminase (AST) alanine aminotransferase (ALT) exceeds the upper limit of the normal value of more than 50% (1.5 times); ③ clinically significant cardiac arrhythmia; 7) Children with malignant tumors; 8) Children who have participated in other clinical observations within the last 1 month; 9) Children who in the opinion of the investigator are not suitable for clinical observation. Children who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.

对照组采用西医标准治疗。疗程5天 西医标准治疗： 1）解热镇痛药：布洛芬混悬液或对乙酰氨基芬，当患儿按需使用。 2）抗菌药物：阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂。 3）基础治疗：患者注意休息，多饮水，清淡饮食。

Standard treatment using western medicine. The course of treatment was 5 days. 1) Antipyretics and analgesics: ibuprofen suspension or acetamiphen as needed. 2) Antibacterial drugs: amoxicillin clavulanate potassium dry suspension. 3) Basic treatment: patients keep resting drink plenty of water and eat a light diet.
