研究目的：

1.本研究通过探讨坐式八段锦联合穴位按摩能否改善MHD衰弱状态，降低肌肉萎缩程度、抑制躯体功能的退化，缓解抑郁症状，对其回归社会生活、提高生活质量有重要的作用及现实意义。 2.为穴位按摩在MHD衰弱中的深入研究奠定基础，探索可供临床参考应用的中医特色非药物治疗方案，为中医疗法防治MHD衰弱提供新思路。 3.该联合干预措施耗费成本低，不受场地和器材的限制，具有临床推广意义。

Objectives of Study：

1.This study investigates whether sitting eight-section brocade combined with acupoint massage can improve the frailty status of MHD reduce muscle atrophy inhibit the degeneration of physical function and relieve depression symptoms. It has important and practical significance for their return to social life and improvement of quality of life. 2.Laying the foundation for in-depth research on acupoint massage in MHD frailty exploring non-drug treatment plans with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical reference and providing new ideas for prevention and treatment of MHD frailty by traditional Chinese medicine therapy. 3.The combined intervention measures have low cost are not limited by venue and equipment and have clinical promotion significance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄45～75岁的终末期肾病（尿毒症期）患者； （2）接受血液透析治疗≥3个月，每周3次,每次4h，生命体征稳定的患者； （3）使用FRAIL量表评估，得分≥1分的衰弱前期及衰弱患者； （4）意识清楚，听力正常，能够与人正常交流； （5）无身体活动障碍，未进行过规律运动锻炼，能够理解并跟做示范动作； （6）穴位按摩部位皮肤完好无破损； （7）自愿参与本研究的MHD患者； 注：同时符合以上所有条件方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients aged 45-75 years with end-stage renal disease (uremia stage); (2) Patients who have been receiving hemodialysis treatment for at least three months three times a week four hours each time with stable vital signs; (3) Patients assessed using the FRAIL scale scoring ≥1 point in pre-frailty and frailty; (4) Patients who are conscious have normal hearing and can communicate normally with others; (5) Patients without physical activity disorders who have not engaged in regular exercise and are able to understand and follow demonstrated movements; (6) Patients with intact skin at the acupoint massage sites; (7) MHD patients who voluntarily participate in this study; Note: Only those who meet all the above conditions can be included.

排除标准：

（1）患有神经系统疾病，以及其他任何不受控制的慢性疾病； （2）合并有严重并发症，如严重心律失常、心绞痛、严重感染、恶性肿瘤、肾性骨营养不良等； （3）拒绝配合或精神异常无法合作者； （4）同时参与另一项临床试验的MHD患者； 符合上述任何1条者均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with neurological diseases as well as any other uncontrolled chronic diseases; (2) Patients with severe complications such as severe arrhythmia angina pectoris severe infection malignant tumors renal osteodystrophy etc. (3) Patients who refuse to cooperate or are mentally abnormal and unable to cooperate; (4) MHD patients participating in another clinical trial at the same time; Patients meeting any of the above conditions will be excluded.

在入组前向患者介绍按压的穴位，作用及注意事项，使其接受和配合，由培训过的课题组成员进行穴位按压这一操作，操作过程中再次告知患者穴位的具体定位及作用，按压力度以患者耐受为宜

本研究为随机对照试验，故采用完全随机化的分组方法。首先按入组顺序依次由小到大排列为1～114，使用SPSS25.0随机数字生成器为每个入组编号匹配一位随机数字，设置起点，采用固定值120983，使用随机函数生成随机数字序列，1～38号纳入A组，39～76纳入B组，77～114纳入C组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study is a randomized controlled trial so a completely randomized grouping method was used. Firstly according to the order of entry into the group numbers were arranged in ascending order from 1 to 114. SPSS25.0 random number generator was used to match each group entry number with a random number with a set starting point and a fixed value of 120983. A random number sequence was generated using a random function with numbers 1-38 included in Group A 39-76 in Group B and 77-114 in Group C.
