研究目的：

本研究采用健身气功六字诀对心脏手术后患者进行干预，观察其对心肺功能、情绪、睡眠以及日常生活活动能力的影响，探讨该疗法对改善心肺功能、情绪、睡眠以及日常生活活动能力的可能机制，为心脏手术后患者的心脏康复提供实践依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study used the six character formula of fitness qigong to intervene in patients after cardiac surgery, observing its effects on cardiopulmonary function, emotions, sleep, and daily living activities. The possible mechanism of this therapy in improving cardiopulmonary function, emotions, sleep, and daily living activities was explored, providing practical basis for the cardiac rehabilitation of patients after cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 45岁≤年龄≤80岁； ② 首次行冠状动脉旁路移植术或心脏瓣膜手术患者； ③ 意识清楚，自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① 45 years old ≤ 80 years old;② Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting or heart valve surgery for the first time;③ Be aware, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 存在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘等肺部慢性疾病者； ②存在除冠心病以外的其他严重影响体力活动的原因； ③有未控制的心动过速（安静时心率＞120次/min）； ④有未控制的呼吸急促（安静时呼吸频率＞30次/min）； ⑤有未控制的呼吸衰竭（血氧饱和度≤90%）； ⑥有未控制的高血压（收缩压＞180mmHg或舒张压＞110mmHg）； ⑦有未控制的导致血流动力学不稳定的恶性心律失常； ⑧有未控制的感染性休克及脓毒血症； ⑨有运动可能导致恶化的神经系统、运动系统或风湿性疾病； ⑩研究者认为不适合参与试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma and other chronic lung diseases;② There are other serious reasons that affect physical activity besides coronary heart disease;③ Uncontrolled tachycardia (heart rate>120 beats/min at rest);④ Uncontrolled shortness of breath (breathing rate>30 times/min at rest);⑤ Uncontrolled respiratory failure (blood oxygen saturation ≤ 90%);⑥ Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg);⑦ Uncontrolled malignant arrhythmias leading to hemodynamic instability;⑧ Uncontrolled septic shock and sepsis;⑨ Exercise may lead to deterioration of the nervous system, motor system, or rheumatic diseases;⑩ Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in the experiment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，采用电子、纸质记录表格，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告，其内容包括研究完成情况（含脱落受试者清单）、入选/排除标准检查、不良事件检查等。病例报告表在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers used electronic and paper record forms to timely, completely, correctly, and clearly load the data into the case report form. After double inputting and verifying all case report forms, the data administrator will write a database check report, which includes the completion status of the study (including the list of dropouts), inclusion/exclusion criteria checks, adverse event checks, etc. After completing data entry and verification as required, the case report form shall be archived and saved in the order of numbering, and a search directory shall be filled in for future reference. All original archives should be kept within the corresponding prescribed period.
