研究目的：

本项目研究拟通过随机对照平行组临床试验，观察灵龟八法的配穴方法治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症脾肾阳虚型的临床疗效，初步探究此法配穴下的针灸治疗对甲状腺激素水平及甲状腺功能的改善作用，并总结出灵龟八法配穴针灸治疗甲减的灵敏性，持久性，起效快慢的量化结果。通过本研究拟验证灵龟八法针灸治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床应用价值，为进一步优化完善甲状腺功能减退临床诊疗方案提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

This research aims to verify the efficacy and safety of acupuncture with Linggui point selection in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《成人甲状腺功能减退症诊治指南》（2017版）诊断标准； ②符合《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中甲状腺功能减退症的脾肾阳虚证型诊断标准； ③治疗前4周未服用任何抗抑郁药； ④患者接受检查、治疗并签署知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

i. patient should meet the diagnostic criteria in "Clinical Guideline of Adult hypothyroidism (2017ed.)"; ii. patient should meet the diagnostic criteria of hypothyroidism with Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency in "Guiding Principles of Clinical Study on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2002 ed.)"; iii. patient should not have taken any antidepression medication within the last 4 weeks; iv. patient should participate in this study voluntarily, and sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

①不符合诊断标准者； ②伴严重疾病者，如心脏、肝、肾等脏器功能严重损害者，严重的糖尿病患者和出血性疾病等； ③对优甲乐药物过敏或晕针者； ④妊娠期或哺乳期妇女及准备妊娠者； ⑤依从性差，不能配合完成治疗或未按规定服用药物者； ⑥因精神、语言障碍等而影响病例资料收集或治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following criteria: i. patient refuses to give informed consent ii. Severe systemic disease including cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney,and blood system diseases; iii. Severe diabetes; iv. Patient in pregnancy, lactation, or in preparation of pregnancy; v. Patient cannot comply with the treatment; vi. Patient difficult to communicate with due to psychological condition or dysphasia. vii. Patient plans to move or travel in the near future.

本研究患者、治疗者均采用盲法。常规针灸组与灵龟八法组的针灸手法相同，患者与治疗者可实现盲法。数据分析的评估人员和统计人员均采用盲法。

This is a randomized controlled trial in which both patients and acupunturists were blinded. The acupuncture and moxibustion needles of the participants in the two acupuncture groups are manipulated in the same way. Both evaluators and statisticians in data analysis use blind methods.
