研究目的：

本研究采用针刺头穴和常规康复治疗儿童孤独症，通过一组临床随机对照试验，观察其临床疗效，再结合sMRI-EEG多模态数据，系统解析干预前后脑网络功能连接的改变特征，探索针刺头穴治疗对孤独症儿童脑结构-功能网络整合调控的潜在作用。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through a randomized controlled trial. By integrating structural MRI and EEG multimodal data we will systematically analyze changes in brain network functional connectivity before and after the intervention in order to explore the potential role of scalp acupuncture in modulating the integration of structural and functional brain networks in children with ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合《精神疾病诊断与统计手册——第5版（2013年）》儿童孤独症的诊断标准；（2）年龄≥2周岁，≤6周岁；（3）CARS评分总分＜37分；（4）必须经监护人签字同意作为受试对象。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in DSM-5-TR; (2) Be 2 to 6 years of age; (3) CARS score of 30~36 with less than 5 items below 3 rated as mild-moderate autism; (4) Signed informed consent which must be signed by the guardian to be a subject. Note: The above 4 items must be met to be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）患者存在严重躯体疾患或癫痫发作，患有儿童精神分裂症、Heller’s综合征和Rett综合征者； （2）EEG禁忌者（严重头皮感染或损伤、极度躁动不安等）； （3）对针刺治疗晕针或过敏的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe somatic disorders or seizures those with childhood schizophrenia Heller's syndrome and Rett syndrome; (2) Those for whom EEG is contraindicated (severe scalp infection or injury extreme agitation etc.); (3) Children who are dizzy or allergic to acupuncture treatment.
