研究目的：

为八段锦功法干预慢性非特异性颈痛的临床疗效提供更加强有力的循证依据，同时应用三维运动捕捉系统开展八段锦功法动作本身的解析研究，探索功法干预慢性非特异性颈痛的内在运动生物力学机制。

Objectives of Study：

To provide more robust evidence-based support for the clinical efficacy of Baduanjin exercise in the intervention of chronic non-specific neck pain; and also to conduct analytical research on the movements of Baduanjin itself exploring the intrinsic bio-mechanical mechanisms of the exercise in intervening with chronic non-specific neck pain by utilizing a three-dimensional motion capture system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥20周岁且≤50周岁，性别不限； （2）符合慢性非特异性颈痛西医诊断标准； （3）过去一周VAS评分≥3分； （4）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 20 and 50 years old; (2) Meet the western medicine diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific neck pain; (3) The average scores of VAS scores over the past week >= 3 and <= 7; (4) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）颈部外观异常者，如疤痕、色素沉着、丘疹等； （2）有颈部外伤史及手术史者； （3）有严重器质性疾病或精神疾病者； （4）在入组前三个月内参与过其他临床试验者； （5）妊娠期、哺乳期女性； （6）有明显传染病史、遗传病史者； （7）有智力或精神障碍无法进行问卷填写及检查者； （8）酗酒和（或）精神情志异常、药物滥用和药物依赖者（含镇痛药）； （9）既往长期习练或在过去3个月内习练过八段锦、气功或瑜伽者； （10）接受本疗法前1个月内接受包括西药、中药、针灸、推拿等治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with abnormal neck appearance (e.g. scars; pigmentation; papules etc.); (2) Those with a history of neck trauma or surgery; (3) Those with severe organic diseases or mental disorders; (4) Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months prior to enrollment; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Those with a significant history of infectious or hereditary diseases; (7) Those with intellectual or psychiatric impairments preventing questionnaire completion or examinations; (8) Those with alcohol abuse and/or emotional/psychiatric abnormalities drug abuse or dependence (including analgesics); (9) Those with long-term practice or practice within the past 3 months of Baduanjin Qigong or yoga; (10) Receiving treatments (including Western medicine traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture massage etc.) within 1 month prior to this therapy.

Statisticians who were not involved in any other aspect of the study would use a computer-generated random number table to create a block randomization allocation table that assigned participants to one of two treatment groups: "Baduanjin exercise" or "Regular neck exercise".
