研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨产后母亲照护婴儿中母亲精神心理与睡眠质量对 1-6 月龄婴儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响。通过系统探讨产妇抑郁、睡眠质量、母乳喂养行为及母婴依恋对1-6 月龄婴儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响，揭示婴儿在生命早期 1-6 月生长发育与产妇照护行为和抑郁、睡眠质量之间的关联。同时，借助脑电图（EEG）动态观测，分析产妇精神心理状况，睡眠质量与脑功能特征的关系。本研究通过针灸干预和健康指导，评估其在改善产后母亲心理状态、睡眠质量的效果，为优化母婴照护喂养管理及针灸在产后护理中的应用提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effects of maternal mental state and sleep quality during postpartum maternal care of infants on the growth development and neurobehavioral development of infants aged 1 - 6 months. By systematically investigating the impacts of maternal depression sleep quality breastfeeding behavior and mother - infant attachment on the growth development and neurobehavioral development of infants aged 1 - 6 months this study reveals the associations between the growth and development of infants in the early life stage of 1 - 6 months and maternal care behaviors depression and sleep quality. Meanwhile with the help of dynamic electroencephalogram (EEG) observations this study analyzes the relationships among maternal mental state sleep quality and brain function characteristics. Through acupuncture intervention and health guidance this study evaluates their effects on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of postpartum mothers providing a scientific basis for optimizing mother - infant care and feeding management and the application of acupuncture in postpartum care.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.健康足月新生儿及其母亲（初产妇，经产妇，单胎和多胎足月儿）； 2.产妇自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书； 3.母婴能参全程参与随访。 新生儿生后 Apagar 评分 1 分钟，5 分钟，10 分钟均为 8 分及以上；母亲孕周为 37 周-41 周，自然分娩，剖腹产都可纳入。无精神疾病，无近期用过精神类药物，无遗传代谢，传染性疾病，无脑外伤或做过颅脑手术，新生儿大脑发育正常，无特殊疾病及并发症如甲状腺功能亢进、表面抗原阳性、肝内胆汁淤积症、无特殊疾病及病症其他（肝病、血液疾病、性病，HIV，梅毒、罕见疾病等）无窒息、抢救史，无先天性疾病、畸形及产伤的新生儿，母婴愿意配合完成整个研究过程，依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy full-term newborns and their mothers (primiparous or multiparous singleton or multiple full-term infants). 2.thers who voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent. 3.ther-infant dyads who can participate in the entire follow-up process. Specific Criteria: Newborns with Apgar scores of 8 or above at 1 5 and 10 minutes after birth. Maternal gestational weeks ranging from 37 to 41 weeks with both vaginal delivery and cesarean section being eligible. Exclusion of mental illness recent use of psychotropic drugs genetic or metabolic disorders infectious diseases history of head trauma or cranial surgery and normal brain development in newborns. No special diseases or complications such as hyperthyroidism positive surface antigen intrahepatic cholestasis or other conditions like liver disease blood disorders sexually transmitted diseases (HIV syphilis) rare diseases etc.No history of asphyxia or resuscitation no congenital diseases deformities or birth injuries in newborns.Mother-infant dyads willing to cooperate and complete the entire research process with good compliance.

排除标准：

患有严重精神疾病、神经系统疾病，遗传代谢疾病，传染性疾病，感染性疾病，特殊疾病及并发症（肝病，血液疾病，性病 HIV，梅毒，罕见疾病等）脑外伤，做过颅脑手术，新生儿大脑发育异常，窒息，有抢救史，先天性疾病、畸形及产伤或婴儿，存在严重生理缺陷的产妇和婴儿。母婴不愿意配合完成整个研究过程，依从性低于百分之五十。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe mental illness, neurological disease, hereditary metabolic disease, infectious disease, special diseases and complications (liver disease, blood disease, sexually transmitted disease HIV, syphilis, rare disease, etc.), traumatic brain injury, craniocerebral surgery, abnormal brain development of newborns, asphyxia, history of rescue, congenital diseases, malformations and birth injuries or infants, mothers and infants with serious physical defects. The mother and child were unwilling to cooperate with the completion of the whole study process, and the compliance rate was less than 50%.
