研究目的：

1.调查行PCI术的冠心病痰瘀互结证患者的人群特征及短期不良心血管事件的发生率； 2.探讨冠心病痰瘀互结证患者PCI术后短期不良预后的影响因素，为降低此类患者短期不良心血管事件的发生率提供依据； 3.开发和验证冠心病痰瘀互结证PCI术后患者短期不良心血管事件临床预测模型，为该人群的预后评价提供流行病学证据； 4.与已发表的类似冠心病PCI术后短期预后研究进行比较，探讨“病证结合”模式下预后影响因素的异同，为中医学“同病异治”理论提供流行病学解释；

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the population characteristics and the incidence of short-term adverse cardiovascular events in patients with phlegm and stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease who underwent PCI; 2. To explore the influencing factors of short-term adverse prognosis in patients with phlegm and stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease after PCI, and provide a basis for reducing the incidence of short-term adverse cardiovascular events in such patients; 3. To develop and verify a clinical prediction model for short-term adverse cardiovascular events in patients with phlegm and stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease after PCI, and provide epidemiological evidence for the prognosis evaluation of this population; 4. To compare with similar published studies on short-term prognosis after PCI of coronary heart disease, and explore the similarities and differences of prognostic influencing factors under the "disease-syndrome combination" model, and provide an epidemiological explanation for the theory of "same disease, different treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1: 患者因冠心病住院治疗且住院期间接受了PCI治疗，或者因其他疾病住院治疗但在院期间因冠心病症状出现或加重接受了PCI治疗。上述满足一条且中医辨证为痰瘀互结正的患者符合纳入标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients were hospitalized for coronary heart disease and received PCI during hospitalization, or were hospitalized for other diseases but received PCI during hospitalization due to the onset or aggravation of coronary heart disease symptoms. Patients who met one of the above criteria and were diagnosed with phlegm and blood stasis by TCM met the inclusion criteria.

排除标准：

1）年龄大于80岁 2）合并恶性肿瘤等严重影响生存预期的疾病 3）患者或家属合并严重精神疾病 4）儿童、未成年人及孕妇 5)合并其他心血管疾病、严重肝肾疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1) Aged over 80 years old 2) Combined with malignant tumors and other diseases that seriously affect survival expectations 3) Patients or family members with severe mental illness 4) Children, minors and pregnant women 5) Combined with other cardiovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney diseases
