研究目的：

临床已显示，磁振磁电疗法是治疗CP/CPPS的重要方法之一，该治疗手段可贯穿患者疾病发生发展全过程；西药或中成药也是缓解患者临床不适提高生活质量的一种有效手段。许多研究指出，针对CP/CPPS的多病因多症状现象采用多种方法联合治疗，可能会获得更佳的疗效。目前国内外尚缺乏磁振磁电疗法及中药灌肠治疗CP /CPPS的疗效对比报道。基于此，本研究自2022年2月开始采用磁振磁电疗法及中药灌肠联合疗法治疗CP/CCPS患者，发现疗效满意，现介绍如下，望有助于推广造福CP/CPPS患者。

Objectives of Study：

Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a common urological disease with high incidence rate, complex etiology and unsatisfactory treatment. So far, its pathogenesis is still unclear, and there is no high-quality and effective treatment. Our objective was to observe the effect of Chinese herbal enema combined with the magnetic vibration magneto-electric therapy on CP/CPPS and to confirm whether this combination therapy has the potential to serve as a high-quality therapy for CP/CPPS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合CP/CPPS中医及西医诊断标准；(2)年龄20-65岁患者；(3)病程超过3个月，最近1周内未采用物理和或药物治疗；(4)同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for CP/CPPS; (2) Patients aged 20-65 years old; (3) The disease has been ongoing for more than 3 months and has not received any physical or pharmacological treatment within the past week; (4) Agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)年龄<20岁或>65岁患者；(2)患有急性泌尿系统疾病或性传播疾病等；(4)具有严重基础疾病及精神异常者；(5)体内有金属植入物者；(6)有皮肤疾病或严重过敏史患者；(7)肠道有炎症、肿瘤等不适合灌肠者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients under 20 years old or over 65 years old; (2) Patients who are suffering from acute urinary system diseases or sexually transmitted diseases, etc; (4) Patients with serious underlying illnesses and mental disorders; (5) Patients with metal implants in their bodies; (6) Patients with a history of skin diseases or severe allergies; (7) Patients with inflammation, tumors, etc. in the intestine who are not suitable for enema.
