研究目的：

基于“中枢-外周-中枢”的闭合环路模式，有效利用中枢针刺策略与外周针刺策略干预之间的有机融合，形成“闭环”式信息反馈，最终结果作用于患者特定脑区或功能相关脑区。以大脑的可塑性以及神经通路的重塑为基础，促进中枢重塑和外周控制，进而促进吞咽功能恢复，提高吞咽康复治疗的效率。现有中枢干预设备昂贵，多数患者经济压力沉重，本课题采用中枢针刺策略干预，替代经颅磁刺激设备，减轻患者经济负担及医保支付资金。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the "central-peripheral-central" closed loop model, the organic fusion between the central acupuncture strategy and the peripheral acupuncture strategy intervention was effectively used to form a "closed-loop" information feedback, and the final result was applied to the patient's specific brain region or functionally related brain region. Based on the plasticity of the brain and the remodeling of neural pathways, it promotes central remodeling and peripheral control, thereby promoting the recovery of swallowing function and improving the efficiency of swallowing rehabilitation. The existing central intervention equipment is expensive, and most patients are under heavy economic pressure, so this project adopts central acupuncture strategy intervention to replace transcranial magnetic stimulation equipment, so as to reduce the financial burden of patients and medical insurance payment funds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合脑梗死/脑出血诊断标准；②符合吞咽障碍诊断标准；③在吞咽造影评估过程中有口腔期、咽期异常表现；④中风病程6个月以内；⑤患者神志清楚，生命体征平稳，无发热和肺部感染；⑥年龄35～70岁；⑦知情同意参与本课题研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for dysphagia; (3) Abnormal manifestations of oral and pharyngeal phases during swallowing angiography evaluation; (4) The course of stroke is less than 6 months; (5) The patient is conscious, his vital signs are stable, and there is no fever and lung infection; (6) Age 35~70 years old; (7) Informed consent to participate in the research of this topic.

排除标准：

①非单侧部位病灶；②既往有脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其它神经精神病史；③既往有吞咽困难病史；④合并有认知功能障碍、失语；有严重心肺肾并发症；⑤不能配合检查与治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Non-unilateral lesions; (2) Previous history of stroke, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and other neuropsychiatric diseases; (3) History of dysphagia in the past; (4) Combined with cognitive dysfunction and aphasia; Have severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications; (5) Those who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment.
