探索电针天枢穴对脓毒症急性肺损伤患者的治疗作用

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu point on acute lung injury of sepsis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书； 2.成年患者（≥18岁）； 3.无性别限制； 4.符合脓毒症及急性肺损伤（ALI/ARDS）诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily sign informed consent; 2. Adult patients (≥18 years old); 3. No gender restriction; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis and acute lung injury (ALI/ARDS).

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤、终末期患者、极重型颅脑损伤、预后极差或短期内可能死亡者； 2.局部皮肤感染无法电刺激者； 3.心脏永久起搏器安装的患者； 4.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 5.无法保持静息状态（如癫痫、帕金森等病）者； 6.患者或其家属不同意签署试验知情同意书者； 7.拒绝积极治疗中途放弃的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors end-stage patients extremely severe craniocerebral injury poor prognosis or possible death in the short term; 2. Local skin infection can not be stimulated; 3. Patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker installation; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Unable to maintain a resting state (such as epilepsy Parkinson's disease); 6. Patients or their family members do not agree to sign the test informed consent; 7. Refuse to actively treat patients who give up halfway.

干预措施：

接受天枢穴电针刺激，所有针在使用时将进行捻转、提插等操作，持续至少30秒，以达到“得气”（包括酸、麻、胀、痛的综合感觉）。电针参数：选用2/100 Hz的疏密波，电流强度逐渐增加，直至针稍微振动，但不引起患者不适，每日1次，每次30分钟，连续治疗5天。

Intervention：

To receive the stimulation of Tianshu electroacupuncture all needles will be twisted lifted and inserted during use for at least 30 seconds in order to achieve "qi" (including acid numbness swelling pain comprehensive feeling).Electroacupuncture parameters: The density wave of 2/100 Hz is selected and the current intensity is gradually increased until the needle vibrates slightly but does not cause discomfort to the patient.

符合入选/排除标准的患者将由课题组专门人员按照随机数字法以1:1的比例随机进入电针组和假电针组。

Patients meeting the inclusion/exclusion criteria will be randomly entered into the electroacupuncture group and the fake electroacupuncture group by the specialized staff of the research group in a 1:1 ratio according to the random number method.
