Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of buccal acupuncture in reducing the incidence of POD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①确诊帕金森病，拟行脑深部电刺激植入术的患者； ②美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA)分级I～III级； ③知情同意，志愿受试，获得知情同意过程符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and proposed to undergo deep brain stimulation implantation; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; (3) Informed consent voluntary subjects the process of obtaining informed consent conforms to the provisions of GCP.

排除标准：

①既往有神经、精神疾病史； ②严重视听障碍、语言障碍和/或沟通困难导致无法沟通者； ③酒精依赖及药物成瘾者； ④凝血功能异常、穿刺部位感染。 ⑤MMSE评分判定为痴呆：文盲≤17分，小学程度≤20分，中学程度（包 括中专）≤22分，大学程度（包括大专）≤23分。

Exclusion criteria：

①A history of neurological or mental illness; ②Severe audio-visual impairment language impairment and/or communication difficulties resulting in inability to communicate; ③ Alcohol dependence and drug addiction; ④ Abnormal coagulation function puncture site infection. ⑤ A diagnosis of dementia is made based on the MMSE score: illiterate ≤ 17 points primary school education ≤ 20 points secondary school education (including technical secondary school) ≤ 22 points and college education (including junior college) ≤ 23 points.

在麻醉准备室内，由负责针灸的医师在颊针穴位（两侧头穴、上焦穴、中焦穴、下焦穴）处酒精棉签消毒，棉签点触一下，30min 后贴上白色不透明敷贴，再推入手术间进行麻醉。

In the anesthesia preparation room, the acupuncturist in charge sanitize the buccal acupoints (both sides of the head points, upper jiao point, middle jiao point, and lower jiao point) with alcohol swabs, making a light touch with the swab. After 30 minutes, a white opaque dressing is applied, then the patient is pushed into the operating room for anesthesia.

The acupuncturist in charge performs acupuncture at the buccal acupoints (both sides of the head points, upper jiao point, middle jiao point, and lower jiao point) using disposable acupuncture needles. The needles are left in place for 30 minutes before being removed. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

①建立数据库：建立本试验专用的数据库系统。 ②录入前再次核查：对病例报告表的进一步检查：已经审核声明签字的病例报告表交数据管理员，数据管理员对日期、入组标准、排除标准、脱落、缺失值等进行检查，如有疑问，可填写疑问表返回监查员，由研究者对疑问表中的问题进行书面解答并签名，交回数据管理员，疑问表应妥善保管。 ③数据录入：对数据录入员培训后进行数据录入，采用双份录入法，由两人独立完成。 ④数据的审核：采用计算机软件中的核查功能进行逻辑检查与自动比较，查对与病例报告表不一致的结果值，然后逐项与原始病例报告表核对，予以更正。再进行病例报告表和数据库中的数据的人工比较，以确保数据库中的数据与病例报告表中的结果一致。 ⑤数据锁定：除进行上述的数据审核外，还要由主要研究者、统计人员、数据管理员和申办者共同进一步讨论和确认研究方案中的主要内容和统计分析计划书。进行盲态审核（blind review），确认全部数据均已录入数据库，全部疑问均已解决，分析人群已定义并做出判断后锁定数据（data locked）。 ⑦数据存档：电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A manual comparison between the data in the case report form and the data in the database is performed to ensure that the data in the database is consistent with the results in the case report form. Data locking: In addition to the above data review the main contents of the research protocol and the statistical analysis plan should be further discussed and confirmed by the principal investigator statisticians data managers and sponsors. A blind review is conducted to confirm that all data is entered into the database all questions are resolved and the analysis population is defined and the judgment is made and the data is locked. Data archive: electronic data files including databases check procedures analysis procedures analysis results coding and description files etc. should be classified and saved and there are multiple backups saved in different disks or recording media properly stored to prevent damage. All original files shall be kept for the period specified accordingly.
