研究目的：

从上肢肌力、下肢肌力、肌肉维度、肌肉功能、肌肉物理学特征等多维度评价八段锦对老年人肌少症的康复作用。

Objectives of Study：

The rehabilitation effect of Baduanjin on the elderly with sarcopenia was evaluated from the aspects of upper limb muscle strength lower limb muscle strength muscle dimension muscle function and muscle physical characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

诊断标准：《Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia: 2019 Consensus Update on Sarcopenia Diagnosis and Treatment》对可能肌少症的诊断标准，小腿围（男性＜34cm，女性＜33cm）、SARC-F量表≥4分，握力（男性＜28kg，女性＜18kg）。 纳入标准 （1）符合上述诊断标准； （2）65≤年龄≤80； （3）性别不限； （4）可独立自主完成日常活动及基本的沟通，无精神及神经障碍，可以正确理解量表； （5）本人或同住人可熟练使用智能设备，如智能手机； （6）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnostic criteria for possible sarcopenia were calf circumference (male < 34cm female < 33cm) SARC-F scale ≥4 points and grip strength (male < 28kg female < 18kg). Inclusion criteria (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) 65≤ age ≤80; (3) Gender is not limited; (4) Can complete daily activities and basic communication independently without mental and neurological disorders and can correctly understand the scale; (5) I or the person living with me can use smart devices such as smart phones; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）运动康复禁忌症者（附录2）； （2）参考中华医学会《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》中患者严重程度为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级的慢性阻塞性肺炎者； （3）患有肝、肾严重疾病者； （4）在接受化学治疗、放射治疗、或已出现骨转移的恶性肿瘤患者； （5）扭伤、骨折、严重关节变形等行动不便、平衡功能下降导致无法完成运动治疗方案者； （6）T值≤-2.5SD，且同时存在一处或多处脆性骨折的严重骨折疏松者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) Contraindications for sports rehabilitation (Appendix 2); (2) Refer to the Chinese Medical Association "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" patients with severity of Ⅱ-Ⅳ COPD patients; (3) Patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney; (4) Patients with malignant tumors who are undergoing chemotherapy radiation therapy or have developed bone metastases; (5) Sprain fracture serious joint deformation and other mobility difficulties balance function decline resulting in unable to complete the exercise treatment program; (6) Severe fractures with a T-value ≤-2.5SD and one or more fragility fractures.

将患者按就诊先后顺序进行编制，通过中央随机系统使用完全随机化（simple randomization）方法随机分成 2 组，每组 100 例，随机分配操作由中国中医科学院西苑医院 GCP 中心人员完成程序编写和随机化的操作。

The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 100 cases in each group by a central random system using simple randomization method. The program was programmed and randomized by GCP Center of Xiyuan Hospital China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须完成病例报告表。全部病例均按以研究方案进行观察、治疗，按照研究病历填写要求认真填写病历报告表格。如实记录受试者用药情况、合并症情况。病历及病例报告表格作为原始记录，不得更改，做任何更正时不得改变原始记录，只能采用附加叙述说明理由，由参加临床研究的医师签名并注明日期。完成的病例报告表由监查员审查后，移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case report form shall be completed by the investigator and must be completed by each enrolled case. All cases were observed and treated according to the research protocol and the medical record report form was carefully filled in according to the requirements of the research medical record filling. Truthfully record the drug use and complications of the subjects. The medical record and case report form shall be the original record and shall not be altered and any correction shall not be altered. The original record shall only be justified by an additional statement signed and dated by the physician participating in the clinical study. The completed case report form is reviewed by the supervisor and transferred to the data manager for data entry and management.
