研究目的：

1.主要目的：探讨中医药治疗慢性疲劳综合征患者的疗效情况；2.次要目的：评价中医药治疗慢性疲劳综合征的安全性；分析慢性疲劳综合征患者治疗费用数据，进行卫生经济学评估，为后续比较效益研究提供参考。3.探索性目的：探索与验证影响慢性疲劳综合征预后的影响因素；探讨慢性疲劳综合征的疗效观察指标。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to explore the efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome; 2. Secondary objective: to evaluate the safety of Chinese medicine in treating chronic fatigue syndrome; to analyze the data on treatment costs of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome to conduct a health economics assessment and to provide a reference for subsequent comparative effectiveness studies.3. Exploratory purposes: to explore and validate the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of chronic fatigue syndrome; to explore the therapeutic efficacy observation indexes of chronic fatigue syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性疲劳综合征诊断标准；2.年龄在18岁及以上；3.知情同意自愿参与研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic fatigue syndrome; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Those who gave informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.任何可解释慢性疲劳存在的活动性疾病。2.患有严重心、肾、肺、肝、脑等重大疾病，严重肝肾功能异常者。 3.任何过去或现在被诊断为具有精神病或忧郁症特征的重度抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、妄想障碍、痴呆症、神经性厌食症或神经性贪食症。4.酒精、药物依赖者。5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。6.近3个月内参加其它临床试验的患者。7.未按规定服药及失访患者，无法判断疗效及资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any active disease that would explain the presence of chronic fatigue. 2. Any person suffering from major diseases of the heart kidneys lungs liver or brain and severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 3. any past or current diagnosis of major depressive disorder with psychotic or melancholic features bipolar disorder schizophrenia delusional disorder dementia anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa.4. alcohol or drug dependence.5. pregnant or lactating women.6. patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.7. Patients who did not take the medication as prescribed and missed visits who were unable to judge the efficacy of the medication and who had incomplete information that affected the judgment of the efficacy or safety of the medication.
